牛奶 Milk—100cc
牛絞肉 Ground beef—100g
*可以代用豬肉
香菇 Shitake mushrooms—2片
洋蔥 Onion-1/4個
豌豆 Snap peas-3~4片
義大利麵 Spagetti-100g
鹽巴&黑胡椒 Salt & Black pepper—適量
起司粉 Parmesan cheese—適量
